Most legal problems are easier to prevent than to litigate. Our advisory practice exists to catch a conflict in a contract clause, a gap in a regulatory filing, or a risk in a business decision before it becomes a dispute — reviewing the language now so a client isn't defending it in a courtroom later.

We prepare detailed legal studies and written opinions on the questions our clients bring us, review contracts and agreements for anything that conflicts with Saudi regulation, Sharia principles, or the laws of another jurisdiction where relevant, and draft alternative language or proposed amendments that protect a client's position before a contract is signed. Where a dispute has already arisen out of a signed agreement, we work through the Arabic and English provisions side by side to resolve the disagreement on its actual terms.
