Our administrative practice handles the regulatory side of a client's operations so leadership can focus on running the business rather than tracking filing deadlines.

We prepare and review internal administrative regulations, employee bylaws, and employment contracts, and help resolve labor disputes in line with the Labor Law and its executive regulations. We represent clients administratively before government departments — including municipal and provincial offices, the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution, the Control and Investigation Board, and police departments — , and before the Ministry of Commerce for company formation, amendment of commercial registration, and publication in the Official Gazette.
