Negotiation & Arbitration
Practice Areas / Negotiation & Arbitration
Not every disagreement needs a courtroom. Where a dispute can be resolved through negotiation or arbitration, we pursue that path first — it is typically faster, more private, and less damaging to an ongoing business relationship than litigation.
We represent or negotiate directly with the opposing party on a client's behalf, within the authority the client grants us, aiming to settle a matter amicably before resorting to the courts. Arbitration carries particular weight for commercial, banking, and international transactions, so we give it focused attention: representing clients in disputes before arbitration panels, preparing and authenticating arbitration documentation through the relevant judicial authorities, and — when appointed — serving as arbitrator ourselves in matters referred for arbitration.
- Direct negotiation with opposing parties on the client's behalf
- Representation before arbitration panels in commercial and banking disputes
- Preparation and judicial authentication of arbitration documents
- Service as appointed arbitrator in referred disputes
Our founding counsel is a Ministry of Justice-certified arbitrator, which means this isn't a service we outsource or treat as secondary to litigation — it's a discipline we practice directly, on both sides of the table.
